Oliver with his new glasses
After a third opinion, the second from a pediatric ophthalmologist, Oliver started glasses today. The ophthalmologist thinks Oliver may grow out of his farsightedness and astigmatism, but for now the safest option seems to be wearing the glasses so as to not risk amblyopia.
Philip cried when he found out he wasn’t getting glasses too, so we broke out the old Harry Potter costume specs.
